Committees
Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee oversees the electoral process of the International Women’s Club, Inc. It identifies and prepares members to serve on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. The committee begins its work in December by speaking with prospective candidates to ascertain their interest and the skills needed to serve as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. The respective job descriptions are shared with the prospective candidates based on the position of interest. Once members commit to serve, the committee prepares a slate of candidates that is first presented to the Board of Directors and then to the full membership for a vote at the Annual General Membership Meeting in May.
